Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines eligibility, timelines, and process steps for advisory fees associated with PulseForge engagements.

Eligibility

Clients purchasing advisory briefings may request a refund within fourteen days of payment if no kickoff workshop has occurred and no custom analysis has been delivered. Custom work that has started is eligible only for partial refunds calculated from unperformed milestones. B2B purchasers warrant authority to request refunds. Consumer rights under Korean law remain available where applicable and are not waived by this policy.

Refund requests must be emailed to team@alert-mesh.one with invoice references and a short explanation. We acknowledge within two Korean business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate bank transfer. Disputes about scope completion are escalated to project leads before finance action.

Exceptions

No refunds are available after final delivery and written acceptance of a briefing package. Third-party expenses already incurred such as chamber rentals or travel are non-refundable. Rush fees are non-refundable once scheduling locks. If you violate confidentiality or misuse deliverables, we may withhold refunds as permitted by law.

Scope

This policy applies to professional fees for services listed on alert-mesh.one. Taxes follow statutory rules and are shown separately on invoices. Currency conversions follow the invoicing bank rate on the payment date. If you purchased through a reseller, their policy may supersede portions of this document where contractually assigned.

Process

After you submit a request, finance validates payment records and project status. If eligible, we issue a credit memo and initiate transfer within ten Korean business days. Partial refunds require signed acknowledgment of completed versus remaining scope. We may offer service credits instead of cash refunds when mutually agreed in writing.

Timeframe

The fourteen-day window begins on the calendar day funds settle unless a statement of work states otherwise. Banking institutions may add additional settlement days beyond our control. Extensions for extenuating circumstances require written approval before the window closes. Statutory cooling-off rights, if they apply to your purchase category, prevail over shorter windows described here.
