Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PulseForge Advisory processes personal data for clients and visitors in line with Korean PIPA expectations.

Contact

PulseForge Advisory operates advisory programs for engineering teams. For privacy inquiries email team@alert-mesh.one. Postal correspondence may be directed to our Gangnam district address published on the contact page. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period consistent with Korean Personal Information Protection Act expectations. If you represent a corporate account, please route requests through your authorized administrator to avoid duplicate processing.

Your rights

Depending on context, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information we hold. We verify identity proportionally to the risk of the request. Where we process data as a processor on behalf of your employer, we may direct you to that controller. Appeals follow internal review and, where applicable, supervisory guidance. We do not sell personal information and we do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you.

Third parties

We use infrastructure providers for email, file transfer, and conferencing chosen for reasonable security practices. Those providers may process names, email addresses, and meeting metadata. We require contractual commitments consistent with our instructions. We do not allow marketing resellers to access engineering traces you upload. If we change subprocessors materially, we notify active clients through project channels.

Use of data

We use contact details to schedule sessions, deliver briefs, and invoice engagements. Technical logs you share are used solely to perform the analysis you requested. We may aggregate non-identifying statistics about categories of issues observed across clients to improve playbooks. We do not use project traces to train public machine learning models. Marketing communications are optional and controlled through unsubscribe links.

Retention

Engagement records, contracts, and invoices are retained for seven years to meet accounting and tax obligations in Korea. Technical traces are deleted within ninety days after delivery unless a statement of work specifies a shorter window. Email correspondence is retained according to mailbox policies with annual review. Backup systems may defer deletion briefly; we document purge timelines in our internal register.

Scope

This policy covers processing performed through alert-mesh.one and related professional services. It does not cover third-party sites we link to. If you apply for employment in the future, separate notices will apply. Children are not the audience for our services; we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have received minor data inadvertently, contact us for prompt deletion.

Data collected

We collect business contact information, billing identifiers, and technical artifacts you choose to upload. Web forms may capture company size selections to route requests. Analytics cookies, if enabled after consent, collect aggregated usage metrics. Server logs capture IP addresses and user agents for security monitoring. We avoid collecting government identifiers unless required for invoicing in specific engagements.
